Unfortunately, we are unable to change an already placed order. Due to the massive number of orders, reading each paper trail to remove the order to modify is challenging. This can become a major hindrance in processing all the orders.

Except for Sundays, public holidays, and local/natural disruptions, most orders are sent within 24 hours. To obtain an update on your order progress, follow your order from the "My Account" part of the website. Here, you will be helped using a tracking number. Along with the logistic partner information, it will be shown in the "My Account" portion and sent to you. We will let you know immediately if any problems arise with your order.

Each of our skincare items is first housed in strong protective foam, then packaged in hard boxes, taped, and ready for delivery.
