5. Pricing & Payment

All prices on the Website are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable product taxes where required and exclusive of shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, once your order has been confirmed, the price you were charged at the time of purchase will not change.

Subscribe & Save

PRANA offers a Subscribe & Save programme through which customers may receive a discount of up to 15% on recurring orders. Subscription prices are locked at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing for future cycles with 30 days' advance notice to subscribed customers. You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment processors as available at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store full payment card details — these are handled entirely by our payment processor. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Promotional codes & discounts

Promotional codes are single-use unless otherwise specified, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.

6. Orders & Contract

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and other countries as listed on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PRANA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events.

8. Returns & Refunds

PRANA offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased directly through www.pranabeauty.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to request a return

Contact us at admin@pranawellness.shop with your order number and the reason for your return request. You do not need to return the product — we operate a no-return-required refund policy on first purchases. For repeat purchases, we may request photographic evidence of the issue.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).

Amazon purchases

Subscription cancellations

The Website offers an AI-powered Skin Scanner and Dosha Diagnostic Quiz (collectively, "Skin Intelligence Tools") that provide personalised skincare recommendations based on facial image analysis or questionnaire responses.

Not medical advice. The Skin Intelligence Tools are provided for informational and personalisation purposes only. Results, dosha classifications, and product recommendations are not medical diagnoses, dermatological assessments, or health advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist for any skin health concerns.

Accuracy

AI-generated skin analysis is based on visible skin characteristics and may not reflect the full complexity of your skin health. Results are indicative only. We do not warrant that the dosha classification or product recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your individual circumstances.

Image data

Use of the AI Skin Scanner requires your consent to real-time processing of your facial image. Your image is not stored. Full details of how image data is handled are set out in our Privacy Policy and AI Skin Scanner Addendum. You must be 18 or over to use the Scanner.

Limitation

PRANA is not liable for any skincare decisions made in reliance on the output of the Skin Intelligence Tools. Skin reactions to any recommended product remain subject to individual variation. Perform a patch test before using any new product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to the PRANA name and logo, Sanskrit sutra names and their application, product formulations and names, written content, photography, video, the Dosha Diagnostic Quiz, the AI Skin Scanner interface, the Prana Sutras framework, and all software — is the property of PRANA Beauty & Wellness and is protected by US and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Website without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of individual pages for reference is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PRANA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PRANA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Informal resolution first

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at admin@pranawellness.shop and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. We will respond within 1–3 business days and will make a good-faith effort to resolve any complaint.

Binding arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except as provided below.

Class action waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN US INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
