I ve always had a deep fascination with the natural world and its ability to promote health and wellbeing and have been a strong advocate of the transformative power of nature's embrace. This passion eventually led me to explore the holistic approach to living which emphasizes the interconnectedness of the mind , body and spirit.

My journey with PRANA began with a profound realization that our skin , the very canvas of our being ,mirrors the state of our overall health. 

In fact I had a very simple desire - To avoid harsh chemicals and artificial ingredients in anything that I consume or apply on my skin.
